Welcome Explorers

The Junior Explorer Program, a recent initiative by Frontera Land Alliance, is specifically designed to spark the curiosity and adventurous spirit in children aged 6 to 12. This immersive program takes young explorers on a fascinating journey through Frontera's five captivating open spaces: Lost Dog Nature Preserve, Knapp Land Nature Preserve, Thunder Canyon, and Wakeem/Teschner Nature Preserve, Castner Range National Monument. These settings provide the perfect backdrop for children to explore and appreciate the natural wonders of the region.

Attention Junior Explorers aged 6 to 12!

Planning an adventure with a group of friends? Don't forget to reserve your spot at least one week in advance. After we've processed your information, we'll send you a confirmation form via email.

Just a reminder, your adventure isn't fully booked until you receive that confirmation form.
