The community is invited to celebrate the Castner Range National Monument designation this Friday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Andress High School Performing Arts Center! Speakers will include Representative Veronica Escobar, Under Secretary of the U.S. Army Gabe Camarillo, and Fort Bliss Major General James P. Isenhower III. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
