Frontera Land Alliance

Volunteer for KTEP and Frontera

Frontera Supporters,

Do you can you give a few hours of your time to help Frontera and KTEP? It’s easy you, you just have to answer a phone and take down the pledge information. By volunteering for KTEP you will be announced on the radio as a Frontera Land Alliance volunteer.  Details below.

Who: KTEP, El Paso’s public radio station, will hold its spring membership campaign Saturday April 27th through Friday May 3rd.

What: Volunteers are needed to answer phones and record the pledges.

Where: The KTEP Studios in Room 206 of the Cotton Memorial Building on the UTEP campus, corner of University and Dormitory near the west entrance to the campus.  (Take the Schuster exit off I-10 to the University loop-around and turn right. Proceed to the guard station. Cotton Memorial is the first building catty-corner to the left. Look for the satellite dish on the roof.)

When: Saturday 4/27 through Friday 5/3. (2 and 3-hour shifts are available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 pm, 3-hour shifts available Saturday and Sunday)

Volunteers and organizations will be thanked and recognized on the air.
Snacks and refreshments will be available.

To reserve your time, call Joe Torres at KTEP 747-6299 or  e-mail
